Hey there,
I used to work as Head of Product and Design for GamerPay (YC S21), and helped grow the company 10% MoM to $35M GMV and 380,000 users during the 2.5 years I was there.
I wore many hats. Leading product management. Leading product design.
It was one of the hardest-working and most rewarding times of my life.
I loved it, but in the end, I almost burned out. Too much work.
So, I started looking for someone who could help.
Someone who understood startups, how products grow, and great design!
I interviewed many candidates. Reviewed many design challenges.
Over the course of a year, I worked with two freelancers and a product designer.
I found it very time-consuming and challenging to find the right person.
Flash forward to May 2024. I decided to resign.
For a long time, I’d wanted to start my own company, but I didn’t know what it would be yet.
One day, on a walk, I got this idea:
What if I created a service I wish I had access to when I was looking for help at GamerPay?
So, that’s what I did!
I’ve bundled ALL the processes, tools, and frameworks I’ve used to build startups and design products over the past 10 years into a subscription service that doesn’t break the bank!
And the best part? I added a 14-day money-back guarantee, so I take on all the risk.
Best case, we’ll form a strong partnership. Worst case, you’ll get 14 days of work for free.
Worth considering? Book an intro call.
Best,
Cheaper than a full time hire. Get started immediately.
Pause your subscription in months where you don't need it.
Easily manage your requests in your Notion board.
Get your requests done within 2 to 5 days on average.
Every prototype is designed by me (10+ years of product design experience)
Access all your insights summary docs and recordings in one place.
Invite your team so anyone can submit requests and learn from the insights.
Most communication is handled asynchronous to create space for deep work.

If there's a good fit, I'll share a Stripe payment link (incl. 25% coupon), and we can hit it off immediately.
How do we get started?
To get started you have to book an intro call to determine if it’s a good fit for both of us.
If I believe I can help you and you’d like to move forward, I’ll share a Stripe payment link and a 25% coupon code for your first month.
Once I’ve received your payment, we’ll get started.
Do you do the design yourself?
Yes, I design everything myself.
Do you do the user tests and user interviews?
Yes, I’ll conduct the user tests and interviews and share the insights with the rest of the team afterward.
However, I recommend that you or someone from your team join as well to watch and ask questions.
How do you recruit users for the user tests and interviews?
That depends on your situation.
These are some of the methods I’ve used before:
• Send an email to your existing user base with a scheduling link.
• Set up a small paid ad campaign targeted at your ICP.
• In-product notifications.
• Through your support team.
• Social media DMs.
There are many different ways to do it, and it all depends on the situation of the startup I’m working with.
How do we prioritize what you should work on?
If you already know what you want me to work on, you simply create a ticket in the Notion planning board, and I’ll get started on it immediately.
If you’re not sure what to prioritize, you can book a product planning meeting with me, and I can help facilitate the prioritization process to make sure I spend my time on the most high-impact challenges.
Where do we communicate?
Most startups I work with use Slack and invite me to an external channel, which is where most communication happens.
If needed, we can always jump on a call.
